- Order information: shipping address, items purchased, order history
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor — we never receive or store your full card number
- Communications: messages you send us, reviews you submit, newsletter signups
- Ambassador program information: referral code, sales attributed to your link, payout details
Information collected automatically
- First-party analytics: pageviews, product views, add-to-cart events, and completed checkouts, used only to understand and improve the Site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell this data.
- Local storage / cookies: your cart contents, wishlist, comparison list, recently viewed items, and language preference, stored in your browser so the Site works the way you'd expect between visits. See our for details.
2. How we use your information
- To process and fulfill orders, including payment, shipping, and customer service
- To send transactional emails: order confirmations, shipping notifications, password resets, and (for ambassadors) commission and payout notices
