This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation as an ambassador in the Nova Luxxe ambassador/affiliate program (the "Program"). By registering as an ambassador, you agree to these terms in addition to our general .
The Program lets approved ambassadors earn commission by referring real customers to Nova Luxxe using a unique personal referral link. Joining is free — there is no signup fee and no required purchase of a starter kit.
You must be at least 18 years old and register through our ambassador signup flow. We may decline or revoke ambassador status at our discretion, including for violation of this Agreement.
Each ambassador receives a unique referral link/code. A sale is attributed to you when a customer completes a purchase after using your link, subject to our standard attribution rules and fraud checks. We are the sole authority on whether a sale qualifies as a verified, commissionable sale.
Commission is calculated only on verified sales to real, paying customers. No commission, bonus, or other compensation is ever paid for signing up other ambassadors, recruiting, or building a downline — this Program is not a multi-level marketing structure.
Ambassadors progress through performance tiers (for example, Bronze to Silver and beyond) based on verified monthly sales volume, as shown in your ambassador dashboard. Tier thresholds and any associated perks may be adjusted by us from time to time; we'll reflect current thresholds in your dashboard.
Approved commissions are processed weekly on a fixed payout day, via bank transfer or PayPal, to the payout details you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate payout information; we are not responsible for payments misdirected due to incorrect details you supplied.
If an order generating your commission is later refunded, canceled, or charged back, the associated commission will be reversed and deducted from your current or future payout balance.
Ambassadors are independent contractors, not employees of Nova Luxxe, and are solely responsible for any taxes owed on commissions earned. Where required by law, we may request tax identification information and issue applicable tax forms (such as a Form 1099 in the United States) for ambassadors who exceed reporting thresholds.
Commission and bonus figures described above represent program terms, not a promise or guarantee of income. Actual earnings depend entirely on your individual effort, audience, and verified sales, and most ambassadors should not expect a specific income outcome. See also our .
Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Nova Luxxe. You act as an independent contractor at all times.
This Agreement remains in effect while you are an active ambassador. We may suspend or terminate your ambassador account at our discretion, including for violation of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. You may also leave the Program at any time by contacting us. Commissions earned on verified sales prior to termination, and not subject to a pending refund/chargeback, remain payable on the normal payout schedule.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after a change means you accept the revised terms.
